Summer Grilling
We grill a lot in the summer months, and often into the fall months depending on the weather. Lots of reasons to love grilling and we grill everything from meat to bread to vegetables and fruits.
Grilling is typical for us as my husband tends the flame, charcoal grilling is his preferred method and usually he is ace on the grill. I am getting all other parts of the meal ready for the table, we often eat outside and enjoy the evening eating, sipping wine and chatting and making plans.
This Labor day we grilled out on Sunday, steaks and asparagus I added some steamed broccoli and a super easy blender hollaindaise sauce, which went perfectly over the asparagus and broccoli. Round out the meal with fresh tomatoes and garlic bread and it was a perfect summer meal.
