This is one of my go to appetizers, it is really simple to make and looks quite pretty, with the upcoming big game this will be a step up from the chips and bean dip.
Heat oven to 375 degrees, you will also need a mini muffin pan
Ingredients:
- Ready made pie crust
- Brie
- Raspberry pepper jelly or jam - you can use any dark berry jam ones flavored with chipolte go especially well with the cheese
- Whole Pecans
Bake shells for 12-15 minutes to cook, I try to get them to brown slightly. Remove shells from oven and fill with Brie, I usually just eyeball it a few slices to about tsp in each cup. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until brie is melted into shell, remove garnish with pepper jam and one whole pecan, serve warm. These can be reheated in the oven, so they transport well.
These sound so good, definitely going to have to try them out.
